Competent writing. Not much plot, but interesting world-building. The characters were also interesting, but I would've liked to see them better fleshed out. Henry's motivations are not believable, and Volentine remains fairly one-dimensional. This would've been three stars, but I'm deducting a star for the abrupt and ridiculous ending.
Not as good as the first two books of the series, but worth reading for completeness sake.
